Team Kanban Practitioner is hands-on training, especially designed to help participants understand the core concepts of the Kanban method, and how to implement Kanban at a Team level. It serves as an entry-level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban.

The participants will understand: how to design Team Kanban Board, and the structure of Kanban System Design. This training covers all aspects of Kanban including Proto-Kanban, Kanban board, Kanban Ticket design, WIP limits, Service Classes, and Cadences in Kanban. The training is delivered through interactive sessions, team-building exercises, games and simulations that helps participants to develop collaboration skills and utilize the same in their organization. Team members will learn how to be effective within a Team.

INNOVATION ROOTS announces a new workshop on Kanban System Design (KMP-I) with Prashant J Mavinkare (Lead Consultant at Innovation Roots). This workshop is going to be held Online on 31 July- 02 August 2020.

This workshop offers an ideal foundation for organizations, teams, and individuals to start their journey in incorporating the Kanban method. Participants will receive a great mix of deep conceptual lessons, case studies, and real-life experience.
