Definition

A Product Owner in software development, is the person who manages the product backlog by making sure the items are ordered according to priority, which provides clear visibility of the backlog to the development team and helps them deliver maximum value.

Operational Expense | Glossary

Definition 

Operational Expense (abbreviated as OpEx in software development), is the cost an organisation incurs through it’s normal operations for the development of a product or application. The expenses include: rent, marketing, payroll, insurance and funds allocated towards research and development.
