Definition :
A question that prompts or encourages the answer wanted. A leading question looks almost like a behaviour – description question but leads the candidate. In most cases, leading questions are carefully phrased in order to manipulate the person to provide the interviewer with a more in-depth or desirable answer.
This question is of the form, “You have initiative, don’t you?”
