Taking the Right Risks in an Enterprise with Alexei Zheglov

There is no reward without taking risks for a business. The most important question to answer is – ‘How to take the right risks?’. We discussed the same in detail with Alexei Zheglov. He mentioned that we first need to acknowledge that running an enterprise is about taking risks and understand that risks turned into gains and losses.

Enterprises want to avoid situations where losses exceed the gains. Alexei recommends to look at the risks that had already been taken and understand the nature of those risks. Also, he shared insights on skills required to manage change, common obstacles to change initiatives and change as an improvement.
