Water Scrum Fall | Glossary

Definition

Water-Scrum-fall is an hybrid approach that combines Waterfall and Scrum development methodologies in its approach to Application Life cycle Management. It is used for the development process for a software product as one large project. At the end of which, the team releases the working software to an operations team for install and maintenance. Only the business owner, or Product Owner sees the finished product. This is in contrast to an approach that only uses Scrum, or Agile, where work is done in sprints.
