INNOVATION ROOTS is glad to announce ‘Lean Agile Performance Management in Action’ workshop with Thriveni Shetty ( HR Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS). This workshop will be held on May 26th 2017, conducted as a part of Agile Gurugram 2017 conference at Gurugram, NCR.
At the workshop, the presenter Thriveni Shetty will give an introduction of performance management, and how to assess its worth in Lean-Agile way of working. She will talk about how the organizational goals are aligned to individual’s goal, and what are the parameters to be considered while evaluating every individual’s performance in a team, and the organization as a whole.
This is an experience sharing session, where the presenter will share her personal experience on implementing Lean-Agile performance management at INNOVATION ROOTS. Including, the challenges faced during her journey of implementation, and solutions to overcome. The workshop covers all the basic concepts of Lean-Agile, and a comparative analysis of traditional performance management and Lean-Agile performance management. At the end of the workshop, the participants get indulged in a Q & A session with the expert panelists to discover more about Lean-Agile performance management.
