Overview

The Scrum Foundation workshop offers a combination of instruction and team based exercises that offer an experience of how the Scrum framework works and help in improving product development efforts.

The participants gain practical knowledge needed to work with everyday Scrum and meet the eligibility criteria needed to appear as a globally recognised professional Scrum Master. This helps in gaining a deeper understanding of Scrum mechanics, understand team collaboration, learn self-organization and use them in reduction of project complexity. Focuses on people, understanding patterns and anti patterns, identifying the right people and help them work well. Produce valuable insights in practicing and sustaining effective agile practices. Scrum elevates teams to next level of effectiveness and maturity.
