Overview

The Scrum Essential workshop offers a combination of instruction and team-based exercises that gives an experience of how Scrum framework works and help in improving product development efforts. .

The participants gain practical knowledge needed to work with everyday Scrum. This helps in gaining a deeper understanding of Scrum mechanics, understand team collaboration and self-organization, and use them to minimize the project complexity.
