Overview

Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC) Masterclass is a Leadership and Coaching Masterclass for anyone looking ahead in leading a change initiative in their organisation or at a customer place. The outcome of this masterclass is to educate Coaches, Consultants and Managers with the mindset and knowledge to lead successful Kanban implementation. Kanban results in improved culture of service delivery, adapting continuous fitness-for-purpose and increasing the adaptive capability.

This five-day masterclass focuses on change, change required for improvement, and provides important tools to understand and deal with the resistance effectively in order to implement change. Participants learn the techniques and mindset to extend leadership skills in this Change Leadership Masterclass.
