Overview

This official Implementing SAFe® four-day course will prepare participants to become Change Agents, who can lead an enterprise in Agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). Participants will learn how to effectively apply the SAFe® principles and practices, train with SAFe® courseware, and coach teams. They will also learn how to launch Agile Release Train (ART), and how to build and manage an Agile portfolio. The first two days of this class is an intensive version of Leading SAFe® that prepare participants to teach SAFe® to others. It concentrates on getting the participants primed for necessary knowledge regarding leadership of an Enterprise Agile Transformation. The next two days of training will be completely focused on the necessary expertise required to successfully implement SAFe® at an enterprise level.
