Overview

This two-day Leading SAFe® course is based on 5.0 version of SAFe®, and it empowers participants with the skill set required to succeed in a disruptive marketplace - by achieving the certification of SAFe® Agilist (SA). This class focuses on the application of Scaled Agile Framework® and its underlying principles derived from Lean, System Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow, and DevOps to support Lean-Agile transformation of the enterprise. The participants understand skills required to master Business Agility and understand how to establish team and technical Agility and organize and reorganize around the flow of value. Participants also gain the skills to support and execute PI planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

The course is designed to explore and adopt the customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to Agile product delivery. In the course of the two-day workshop, participants develop an understanding of implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in the enterprise. Attending the class prepares individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)
