Overview

A Lean-Agile Transformation is much sought-after in the current, highly changing business environment that requires constant adaptability and flexibility. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) is an extremely prominent approach that applies to large-scale Agile projects and specifically designed program practices and roles regarding their various composite aspects.

After attending this two-day course, participants will learn the processes required to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. The Participants will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and it's application in large scale software efforts.
