Thriveni Shetty is currently leading the HR Practice at INNOVATION ROOTS. She has overall 8+ years of experience in field of HR. At INNOVATION ROOTS, she keeps the work environment hale and healthy. She is also responsible for implementing & streamlining the HR Process, including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Employee Relations. She is working towards developing an in-depth knowledge on Agile and aspires to implement Agile Principles in HR.

We are happy to announce Thriveni Shetty (HR Consultant at INNOVATION ROOTS) as a Presenter for the SAI Day meetup, which is going to be held on 7th Jan 2017 at Persistent Systems, Pune, India.

In this session, the presenter Thriveni will give you a brief introduction on Kanban and how to use Kanban in teamwork, and why?. You will learn how was Kanban System Design introduced into games, and how to get started with preparing your first post card in Kanban game. The Project Managers, Product Managers, Human Resource Managers, Team Leaders and Team Managers indulged in any software related projects will learn how to visualize and manage their daily work flow, WIP limits, and the benefits of implementing feedback loops.
