Overview

An advanced understanding on the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system is a necessity for enthusiastic professionals. Participants will explore Kanban principles to improve performance and manage workflow. Visualize the roles and responsibilities from a Kanban Management Professionals' (KMP) perspective in real-time and make better business decisions.

After attending this two-day course, participant will be able to streamline the company's internal workflows, manage risks, and implement fast delivery to meet customer's expectations. This course is also called as KMP foundation-2, which officially completes the requirements towards earning the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation.
