Overview

This is a one-day course dedicated to teach participants Alistair Cockburn's new methodology Heart of Agile. The purpose of this course is to start with the Agile basics, related frameworks and practices used in different levels of organization. The course covers the major concepts: Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, and Improve. Which are the strong foundational principles of Heart of Agile methodology.

This one-day long workshop is recommended for all IT professionals irrespective of their roles and levels of management. Participants have the great opportunity, and the benefit of learning from the creators of Agile Movement and Heart of Agile. The workshop involves one opening session, catching up on the current state of product and software development. This workshop help attendees to set their organization's expectations for Agile adoption, create a shared experience for everyone to refer back to, and create new small improvements initiatives within the organization. Finally, a facilitated small-group discussion and demonstration of how to work out with the trending Agile practices and what to do with all the insights from the one-day workshop.
