Session Overview

This session brings a deep understanding about collaboration at scale. The session is designed to run in 4 to 6 rounds of 15 minutes each. First 15 minutes of session is presentation about ‘How’ part of game, after it there would be 2 to 4 rounds of planning, implementation, inspect and adapt cycles, followed by a 15 minutes closing Q&A. Team at scale face challenges in collaboration due to implicit assumption that are unlisted, unsorted dependencies, unclear priorities, and under communication among the team. These issues grows as the team grows in count, to resolve this a regular sync would help in managing collaboration.
