Masa K. Maeda is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium’s Business Agility & Software Engineering Excellence practice. Masa, a long-standing Agilist and member of the leading community on High Collaboration Frameworks, is a pioneer of Lean for knowledge work. He is also the founder of Valueinnova LLC.

He has 26 years of international experience providing consulting, coaching and training services to companies from over 250,000 employees to small startups in four continents. He was on the team that founded the Lean Kanban University and was a member of the Bay Area Agile Leadership Network Coordinating Committee. He created the Serious LeAP® model to boost economic growth at organizations. He is a member of the Agile Testing Alliance Steering Committee.
