Kok Ewe Siew is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and his professional mission is to make the world a better place by inspiring, teaching and coaching individuals and organizations to unleash their true potential; happily and sustainably.

He has been involved in product development most of his career. He always felt that the traditional product development approach was rather dysfunctional, but didn't know how it could be better until he learnt about and practised the Agile/Lean approach. He has since been an Agile/Lean advocate and dedicating his career to helping others understand and get the most out of this empirical approach to complex work.

As an Agile coach, he is passionate about working with organizations to transform and unleash their full potential to create the highest business value for their customers and better lives for everyone involved.
