Overview

The 2-day course is an interactive learning experience for participants covering core principles of Lean. The participants understand the importance of delivering customer value and reducing the waste. The focus of this course is on adoption of Lean in IT projects in organisations and achieve operational excellence. The course is a combination of lecture and hands-on activities for better understanding on how to implement Lean principles in an Information Technology environment.
