Overview

This official Kanban Train the Trainer program emphasizes on training the experienced trainers, coaches, and consultants to deliver the basic one-day or two-day Kanban Train the Training classes. This course is an interactive, and collaborative course designed to promote knowledge sharing and learning in the participants, and discuss the challenges faced in being a Kanban Trainer.

In the course curriculum of Training, the participants are required to present their case study that highlights extensive aspects of Kanban in use. The presentation of case study by each participant is spread over to the five-day program, and is evaluated by the trainers and co-participants or other trainees. After attending this course, participants will gain eligibility to teach foundation Kanban classes and provide trainings within their own organizations or to consulting clients, and to conduct public classes on their own.
