Overview

This 2-day course is based on the Kanban Maturity Model that can help a team or organisation evolve to higher levels of maturity. The participants will learn how to determine and understand the current maturity level of your organisation and then take actionable steps in order to implement the Kanban practices to achieve higher maturity levels.

The two-day Kanban Maturity Model course gives an understanding of the various styles, implementation and sophistication of the Kanban model, and how to correlate them with the organization's performance and sustenance. The focus is also on giving Kanban coaches a means to move towards their goal of building better, faster, more efficient and productive organisations.
