Mahesh is an experienced Agile transformation consultant with 8+ years in software industry, nearly 5+ years in leading and coaching Agile teams. He has been part of enterprise-wide Agile adoption initiatives, focusing on organizational change management, process definition, scaling agile and evangelizing mindset and cultural change.

A specialist in Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Unified Processes and Lean practices, he has helped IT Product-development and Services organizations in identifying the strategy for Agile adoption and later in the implementation including scaling Agile across enterprise from small projects to complex, large-scale portfolios. He has cross-domain IT expertise working in Fortune 500 companies across projects in BFSI, Telecom, Online Payments & Automotive businesses to optimize their solution delivery.

Mahesh is a strong believer of continuous learning, knowledge sharing and very active in the agile community in India as a Speaker, event organizer of various conferences including Agile India and co-organizer of meet-ups in Chennai Chapter namely India Scrum Enthusiasts Community (ISEC), Agile Testing Alliance (ATA) and Scaling Agile India.
