Overview

This official two-day SAFe 4.5 for Teams course teaches team to be a part of an Agile Release Train (ART), and how to work within Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban and XP. Here teams learn how they can become Agile Teams, build their backlog, plan & execute iterations.

Participants gain in-depth knowledge of ART and their role in it. They find out how to plan, execute and improve with other teams at program level. This training prepares the teams to effectively participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, involving all meetings at the Team and Program level while specifically focusing on upcoming PI planning. They will also learn how to work with features, write stories and execute iteration. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
