Sudhakar Naik is a senior transformation leader with over two decades of experience in the BFSI and technology ecosystem. He currently serves as Vice President at Citi, where he drives large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives, enabling organizations to adopt agile, product-driven, and AI-augmented operating models

Sudhakar has led complex Agile Release Trains and partnered closely with business, product, and technology leaders to deliver strategic outcomes in high-stakes environments such as Audit, Risk, and regulatory functions. His work focuses on improving execution at scale, aligning cross-functional teams, and building resilient systems that balance speed, governance, and digital trust.
