Scrum is designed for teams to execute development of their work into cycles, called \u201csprints\u201d and deliver working software every sprint. Scrum ceremonies includes sprint planning, stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective.<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Origin<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Derived from Rugby, in which, every \u201cScrum\u201d players are interlocked together before the beginning of the next round of play. The term itself (\u201cScrum\u201d) was introduced by Takeuchi and Nonaka (1986).
