It <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">needs <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participation and it delegates <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vital<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> responsibility to the team <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to form<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the simplest<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">possible<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">solution<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">different<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> words, the Pull Managers pulls from the resources and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">knowledge<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of all the team. The Pull Manager shares <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expertise<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> relevant to the challenge and is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accountable<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to guide and facilitate relevant discussion. Team members <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">while not<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">talent<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to participate effectively <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">can<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> struggle <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">typically<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to retain focus and become <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pissed off<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, enter facilitation management and skills development.
