These decisions normally take place during a formal process that is pre-determined on a combination of specific criteria. They may include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completed Scope<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product Quality<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Client Readiness<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Team Readiness<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operation Support Readiness<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even \u2018No Go decisions\u2019 may not be seen as unsuccessful outcomes.
