Sprint Backlog | Glossary

 

Definition

The Sprint Backlog is a list of tasks that are identified by the Scrum team, and are supposed to be finished during the Scrum sprint. The team members select some of the product backlog items during planning meeting, that are usually user stories and then they identify the tasks necessary to complete each one. Hours of each task are estimated by the ream members. It’s absolutely crucial to select the items and size of the sprint backlog. It is also mostly maintained on a task sheet.
