Kanban Management Professional- 2 (KMP II) workshop with Mike Leber

Innovation Roots  announces itself as the organizer of the  Kanban Management Professional- 2 workshop being held on the 11th and 12th September 2016. The workshop will be conducted by Mike Leber, a renowned figure of the Kanban community for over 25 years.

The KMP-2 workshop offers a deeper understanding of Kanban method , and is the next available step to enhance your grasp on Kanban methodology after the completion of KMP-1. This workshop is more focused on the daily rollout of the Kanban system and works on deciding to implement the most appropriate Kanban method for the organization, and managing and developing it over time.

This course provides an overview of how to improve overall Agility with cadences and asymmetrical commitments. It also covers adequate handling of metrics, setting policy and recommended meetings.
