INNOVATION ROOTS Announces What is Next ? Workshop at Agile Gurgaon 2016

INNOVATION ROOTS is happy to announce Priyank Pathak as a presenter for the workshop What is Next?, which is being conducted as a part of Agile Gurgaon 2016 conference. This workshop is going to be held on May 27-28, 2016 at Leela Ambience, Gurgaon, India.

In this workshop, the presenter Priyank will speak on how to bring about a change in a system, and implement a process to change the organization. Prashant M J speaks at Net Solutions Chandigarh

INNOVATION ROOTS is glad to have Prashant M. J as a presenter for the Doing Agile, Being Agile meetup event conducted on May 29, 2016 at Net Solutions, Chandigarh, India. Prashant is an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach and Consultant with 9+ years of experience.

This one hour introductory session on Agile covers all the basics of Agile, Agile Manifesto and principles. Participants will share their perspectives to come to a common understanding about Agile and gain insights on the benefits. Participants will also explore real time scenarios and share experiences which helped people to connect and learn what is agility, Agile values and principles, what are Agile practices, frameworks.

In this session, participants will learn what is Agile, and different types of practices in Agile. They will also learn what are values, and get a brief comparison between Doing Agile and Being Agile. At the end of the session, participants will indulge in  a group activity and Q & A discussion regarding their opinions.
