SPC workshop at CISCO with Michael Stump and Priyank Pathak

INNOVATION ROOTS announced SAFe Program Consultant( SPC) workshop, from July 7-10, 2015 at the CISCO headquarters, Cessna Business Park, Bangalore. It will be conducted by Michael Stump, a globally recognized expert in applying Lean and Agile. Priyank Pathak, the curator and founder of INNOVATION ROOTS, will be co- conducting the workshop as well.

The SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) workshop is an in-demand and valued proposition for internal Agile change agents and external consultants. It provides the requisite tools to implement Agile programs, and validate their knowledge in Agile programs, Program Portfolio Management, Agile Architecture and Leadership. The participants will eventually be able and officially certified to launch an Agile Release Train, as part of an Enterprise change initiative.

Getting certified as an SPC, helps the participants maintain an edge over their competitors in the intense marketplace. As an SPC, you will also be allowed to lead your own SAFe classes, network with others in the SPC community, invited to attend monthly webinars towards advancing SAFe knowledge, earn professional development units (PDUs) and access toolkits essential for SAFe coaches.

Prerequisites for the workshop include:
5 plus years of Software Development, Testing, Business Analysis, or Product Management experience
3 plus years of Agile experience
One or more relevant Agile certifications (eg.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, CSC, CST, DSDM, ICAgile, PMI-ACP or Scrum.Org)
