BHASKAR RAO

Bhaskar is a seasoned servant leader with 20+ years’ of experience in software industry of which 9+ years’ experience in evangelizing Agile to teams, product management, analysts, architects & senior management in cross functional roles as agile project manager, agile coach, scrum master in developing and maintaining complex enterprise environments & solutions. He has extensive experience in developing & implementing agile practices and change leadership capacity.

He has lead the Agile Transformation, role mentoring for Product owners, Scrum Masters & Leadership and possess outstanding skills in handling end-to-end project management through different delivery models such as waterfall, iterative and scrum/Agile.

Demonstrated skills in managing onsite and offshore team members throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining coordination with stakeholders and providing them with regular updates about the project. He is an effective communicator with keen planning, people management, negotiation and client servicing skills.

Bhaskar is an active participant of Agile Network India, open networking community of Agile enthusiast and Member of Scrum Alliance, PMI and LKU.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Osmania University and Education from Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile Academy, Lean Kanban University and Project Management Institute.
